1. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If services were not delivered as agreed and we are unable to rectify the issue
- If you overpaid or were charged in error
- If damage occurred due to our proven negligence
Refunds are not available for:
- Weather or safety-related delays
- Changes in customer preferences after work begins
- Late cancellations (<24 hours)
2. Complaints
All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Please include:
- Full name and service address
- Description of the issue with evidence (e.g. photos)
- Date of service
We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve complaints within 14 days.
