Refund and Complaints Policy

Effective Date: 20 May 2025

1. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If services were not delivered as agreed and we are unable to rectify the issue
  • If you overpaid or were charged in error
  • If damage occurred due to our proven negligence

Refunds are not available for:

  • Weather or safety-related delays
  • Changes in customer preferences after work begins
  • Late cancellations (<24 hours)

2. Complaints

All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Please include:

  • Full name and service address
  • Description of the issue with evidence (e.g. photos)
  • Date of service

We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve complaints within 14 days.
